Mountain Flight

Mountain flights in Nepal offer a unique opportunity for those who are unable to go trekking to experience the breathtaking views of the highest peaks on earth. These one-hour flights, organized by Simrik Airlines, Buddha Airlines, Tara Airlines, and Yeti Airlines, allow you to witness the ancient mysteries, majestic views, and splendid scenery of the Himalayas. The "Everest Experience" mountain flight is especially popular and begins by showing Gosaithan (also called Shisha Pangma), a mountain standing at a majestic height of 8,013m. To the right of Gosaithan is Dorje Lhakpa (6,966m), a mountain that looks like the number 8 lying down and covered with snow. The flight then moves on to Phurbi-Chyachu, Choba-Bhamare, Gauri-Shanker, Melungtse, Chug imago, Numbur Mountain, Karyolung, Cho-Oyu, Gyachungkang, and Pumori. Finally, Nuptse, the West Peak, is seen as the flight approaches Everest.

In addition to these stunning views, the mountain flight also provides an opportunity to learn about the history and spirituality of these mountains. Gauri-Shanker, for example, is considered a mountain of great spiritual significance and is believed to be protected by Lord Shiva and his consort Gauri. Numbur Mountain, on the other hand, is revered by the Sherpas of the Solukhumbu as a maternal source of pure milk in the sky. Each mountain has its own unique beauty and significance, making the mountain flight an enriching and unforgettable experience.

Itinerary

Day 01Picked up from hotel at 5.30 in morning for an hour long Everest mountain flight starting at 6.30 am and back to hotel 8:30 in morning.

Everest Mountain Flight – every morning with window gurrantted seat – getting closer to Everest The flight last destiny your trip the Everest (8,848 m) itself, known as Sagarmatha by the Nepalese and Chomolungma by the Tibetans. Much has already been written about Everest, but to actually witness it face to face during a mountain flight is something else. Even while it looms there in front of the eyes, it remains an enigma, this highest spot on earth.
