You may visit base camp of the Ganesh Himal where there are two lakes - Black and white. Twin waterfalls - ganga and Jamuna, bring joy to your heart. This course starts from Trisuli Bazar in the semitropical sun, goes up to a fairly high elevation, where a close view of Ganesh II (7,163meters) and Ganesh IV (7,052meters) can be enjoyed.

The area is still beyond the reach of modern constructions and no lodge accommodations are available for the visitors. As a trek organizer, we suggest the trekkers to make a well preparation before you depart for Ganesh Himal Trek. During the trek you will pass the highest elevation of more than 4,200 meters which requires your special caution for altitude sickness.

Ganesh Himal Trekking Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu/ Nepal/ transfer to hotel
Day 02: Full day guided sightseeing-visit Nepal’s main sightseeing spots
Day 03: Kathmandu drives bus to Betrawati & trek to Chapdanda (1220m) overnight at tented camp
Day 04: Trek Chapdanda (1220m) to Bhalche (2020m) overnight at tented camp
Day 05: Trek Bhalche (2020m) to Gonga (2800m) overnight at tented camp
Day 06: Trek Gonga (2800m) to Rupchet (3720m) overnight at tented camp
Day 07: Acclimatization day at Rupchet (3720m) and hiking around the valley, overnight at tented camp
Day 08: Trek Rupchet (3720m) to Phedi (3546m) via Singla pass (4750m) overnight at tented camp
Day 09: Trek Phedi (3546m) to Pansang Bhanjyang (4000m) overnight at tented camp
Day 10: Acclimatization day at Bhanjyang (4000m) and hike around the valley, overnight at tented camp
Day 11: Trek Bhanjyang (4000m) to Tipling (2500m) overnight at tented camp
Day 12: Trek Tipling (2500m) to Sertung (2050m) overnight at tented camp
Day 13: Trek Sertung (2050m) to Sapchet (1500m) overnight at tented camp
Day 14: Trek Sapchet (1500m) to Darkha (1250m) overnight at tented camp
Day 15: Trek Darkha (1250m) to Lapang (1000m) overnight at tented camp
Day 16: Trek Lapang (1000m) to Khahare (900m) overnight at tented camp
Day 17: Trek Khahare (900m) to Arughat (700m) overnight at tented camp
Day 18: Arughat (700m) drive bus to Kathmandu overnight at hotels
Day 19: Free day in Kathmandu for personal activities or join onward program or final departure
