How to book a trip?

Across Himalaya Tours & Treks Pvt. Ltd is a reputable and licensed trekking and tour company in Nepal. We are happy to accept your booking under our terms and conditions.

To confirm your trip with us, we require a copy of your passport and a passport size photograph to be sent to us via email, as well as a 30% down payment of the total price for booking confirmation through bank transfer.

To book your trip with us, please follow these steps:

1. Review and agree to our terms and conditions.
2. Send us a copy of your passport and passport size photograph via email.
3. Make a 30% down payment of the total trip price through bank transfer.
4. Once we receive your payment and necessary documents, we will confirm your booking and provide you with further details on the next steps.

How to Pay as advance ?

To make an advance payment for your trip, you have the option of transferring the funds through bank transfer to our company account or through Western Union Money Transfer. For the remainder of the tour fee, you can pay by cash or credit/visa card once you are in Nepal.

Please note that our company does not accept partial payment of the tour fee at the end of the trip. The full tour fee must be paid before the trip starts in Kathmandu.
